Digital Products

• Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloads) are delivered instantly by email or a download link after purchase.

• There are no shipping costs for digital products.

Physical Products (Books, Print-on-Demand, etc.)

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Australia (domestic): 5-10 business days after processing.

• International: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier.

• Note: Some routes (especially to the USA) may be affected by current tariff rules and service suspensions.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees for physical products are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

• Digital products always ship free.

Delays, Customs & Restrictions

• Delivery times are estimates only — customs, import duties, service interruptions, or delays outside our control may extend delivery.
